The hardcap for phase 1 is $12 million. $5.5 million were collected during pre-sale, so the sum of it is $17.5 million.
The $12 is a big hardcap. The results of Pre-ICO - $5.5 is realy very good, but on the ICO there is no so big bonuses. On the Pre-ICO it was a lot of big investors. If people wanted to buy tokens they bought them on Pre-ICO with big bonuses.
