Im sorry very you feel that way.
We are running a pool that is up and running 99% of the time. We had issues with our cloud provider yesterday that we resolved in less than 3 hours.
I believe is a bit unfair that you refer to our development team and our project in that manner.

If it is a Mac or Windows wallet, just Reindex.
If it is a Linux wallet just do these commands,
