Hi Guys,

I've signed up to BTC-Alpha and managed to transfer btc in / buy coins  / withdraw to local wallet successfully..

As of yesterday i was unable to withdraw as I've stopped receiving their email confirmations...

I've logged this with the support teams but had no response, has anyone face a similar issue or managed to get a reply from support?
