It's gong to be a struggle to get SmartCash voted on Binance as Elastos (ELA) and WePower (WPR) are well ahead of the game.
What SmartCash should do is provide some incentive for us to vote for them on Binance, just like WePower has done; WePower is not only giving away free WPR tokens to those who vote but they are also refunding the cost of the vote..now that's an incentive if there ever was one.
If community is strong these votings wouldn't matter so much. Wepower pay for votes but they can't keep volume on the exchange if they can launch there. Organic growth is better. When the time comes Smartcash will be added without a voting.
