to answer question, yes it was taken out of my withdrawal. I have no idea what the bug could have been from? Only guess would be a misgrade on their end.
i was unaware of 79 mbtc owed when i made 2 btc deposits of .20 each the past 48 hrs.  Neither time, did my account show a negative balance. For the past 2 years, I have logged on a few times and never seen a negative balance as well.

I'm hoping they can do something about it considering the circumstances, however.
