You did not consider such an idea as online support 24/7/365. 24-hour online support for key investors and potential customers on all issues of interest?
Yes sure we will have 24/7/365 support, for now we have solid coverage and responsiveness.
Still you shouldnt work all days in the year! Thats not healthy not for body and brain. Even banks and other organisations have weekends off and if you look at forex markets they too have all working times.. Dont work yourself out or you will burn yourself on the long run.

And for those who demand you working 24/7/365 i would like to see them working hard each day!! They are not machines!
Shiftservice is the magic word. You can have 3 employees work each day for 8 hours. Of course you need some for the weekend, holidays or if someone is on vacation. I think 5 people would be sufficient, unless Luxcess is really big, then they probably need more staff. or they outsource the helpdesk to india :-)
