I also encourage everyone to dump if they want when markets open, this is a great way to get rid of short term profiters that could care less about the project, in a way, is like a 4th round, a final round of filtering people who care about the long term growth, and people who didn't. Bounty hunters do this all the time because they do not perceive the real value they have in their hands.
Let's say there are 100 people decide to dump their holding once the market open, and there are 20 whales keep buying, isnt this essentially making nevra more centralized and not being distributed properly? It should not be about filtering out people who want to make short term money, but to make it more accessible.
The point should be reducing the exposure of it before it has a real use case, like becoming a merchant payment method. By doing so, they will be person who are legitly buying it to use it, not as a speculative investment, and in turn let more people get to hold some of it.
