Has anyone gotten a response to being in a queue for a refund or specifically, a response to settle for a partial refund? I've reached out and haven't heard much just yet. Tried to arrange an in person meeting, and with no response, dropped by a couple times to an empty office so no luck.
Still generally a supporter of TH, but likely because of my own biases of wanting more Bitcoin companies to start up in my backyard. However, tired of checking all of the threads repeatedly hoping for movement. If the settlement is fair, I'd prefer to just "wash my hands" of this and focus more on the important things... like Fantasy Football.
