As I understand if you are registed in whitelist you will have a guaranteed price that is lower than ICO price. When all the tokens will be sold the ICO will finish.
I think many will prefer to abandon the bonus, but do not undergo the KYC procedure . Someone for ideological reasons, and someone for some other. I know that it is uncomplicated, but nevertheless not always there is the opportunity to do it.
