After being on the receiving end of delayed withdrawal I think I can add some insight. Most staff should be active during your busiest time. The weekend? Withdrawals should be processed 90%+ less than 3 hours 99%+ less than 24 hours. If you have been around 5 years you should have a process that is optimal for security and keeping the high valued customers playing. I only read about the 99 LTC guy but I'm sure there are others that won't be coming back. good luck.
Just remember that they dont delay your withdraw if iou are requesting it from an email address that doesnt match the one on your account. They go ahead and push the withdraw through even without the return confirmation email....as a mother fucking feature
