So I finally succeed, here some informations for windows users :
-To know if you are running a full node, see how many active connections you have by putting your mouse on the bottom right side of the qt wallet. If you have more than 8 active connections, it means you are running a full node. In the above image, I have a full node (10 active connections):

https://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ that you are accepting incoming communication on port "9981" (yenten port), your ip address should be already written. See bellow for a node that accept incoming communication (your qt wallet must be running):
https://preview.ibb.co/ng1qXc/fullnode_2.jpg-if your port is not open, you need to configure the windows firewall (incoming communication) as follow (allow public,private TCP and UDP, for port 9981 only) :
