Re: What is your stress reliever ?

Sometimes I take a walk, stop at a secluded spot and sit and meditate.  If I am really stressed out, I go for a run, usually in the evening, hit a hot shower, eat a light meal and go to bed.  I have learned not to allow things to upset me like they used to and that has really helped.  Another thing I do is treat every morning as a new lease on life.
