Buying altcoins is not advisable now. Just take a look every alts are dropping while BTC is pumping. But dont worry alts will start to pump again when it reached a strong support level. Search for technical analysis from tradingview

I agree with you, this is where we buy. and I think there is a good coin, which is important we are right when buying it. and my advice is not so dependent on recommendations, because not as long as it's true. The important thing is always to see the price movement, so we can decide for ourselves.
