Anyone have problems with the wallet (GUI)? one minute is working on normal pc settings the next i have to start pc in safe mode to get the wallet to work. Any ideas? 
Wallet issues are mostly to do with AV / Smartscreen / Win Defender.
Try excluding the same. Also, make sure the stellitd.exe is not deleted/Quarentined by AV which is located in resources\bin folder.
