Just curious. Which company does an ico and does not release the coins into the exchange ? Its like an IPO but the investors cannot sell their shares 

Also if US citizens want to use your platform, how do they purchase BERRY if it isnt on the exchange  ?

Also if BERRY isnt listed on the exchange then the market cap will forever be hovering around $30M which is such a small market cap
