bounty campaign is over now. bounty is the way the ICO has advertise. you should do something like sharing a post on social media or making a blog and video about the project and the team will pay you for it.
i wonder where did you got the UTK you have now, cause i am sure you are not a bounty participants since you dont even know the meaning of bounty.
and since you are newbie, i think you cant participate in signature bounty but others like social media will do.by the way, bounty means...

Some of us still are Anyway, I was wondering the same thing, where did he get the UTK. Is there a secret source that we don't know about?

but you know, i still consider the fact that he's still a newbie if he is a newbie, and he is not a participant, i assumed that he got his UTK from the ico itself, maybe he is a contributor.
