You are asking for 10x returns in a single year that is possible but all the money invested in the safe projects means the rest of the coins need to pump even harder and even more importantly, the market of cryptocurrencies comes from a very high pump so I do not think the market as a whole will pump 10x, some individual coins may do it but not the entire market so the chances you get to your goal in this year alone are slim.
