That's not a real exchange... or at least is has nothing to do with the developers. They would have announced it. What kind of exchange loads its first page in chinese anyway... something is fishy about it. The first exchanges will be announced on the official site for sure so until that I wouldn't take anything seriously or use it. Just my 2c.
