Easy as you could read from the official announcement, C-CEX lost Verge wallet and all our coins inside. They lost backup aswell. This happened on 19/12/2017 but we didn't know until last week, because for 2 months they avoid all questions regarding Verge. I'm holding more than 200 000 Verge. Around 25th of december Verge reached 1958 SAT and virtually I had 4 BTC in my wallet. I'm saying virtually because the wallet went down, C-CEX went for holidays (1 month holidays) and so couldn't sell any Verge. Then in 2018 Verge slowly fallen down (like any other currrency) and now it's around 600 SAT. C-CEX 2 months later, after saying he lost all the Verges, gave us a token, XVGCT. He also said he will refund our Verge at MARKET PRICE buying all the XVGCT. What's happened? Easy... he let trade everyone this token, like a new coin and now its price stabilized around 60 SAT (60 !!!!). So, we lost all our Verges without any chance to sell em at 1958 SAT, we accepted to sell em for the ACTUAL Verge price and why the hell we should to accept to sell em in change of dust?

I want a refund for current market price, so I can rebuy XVG somewhere else. I'm not accepting anything less after this monstrosity of a service. They gaslighted us, got harassed by us here due to it, and were 'forced' to finally react and come clean. And they even got an attitude about it. They are twats. Period.

I expect this replacement token to be bought from C-CEX for the price I set. No penny less. And I expect them to do this ASAP. (Read: this week) Any delay is going to infuriate me even more and I will continue my legal actions.
