How we calculate the time-based penalty?
 
1. We have 4 hours of race
2. Imagine that you bet when 2 hours passed.
3. Formula is 2 hours / (4 hours / 100% ) = 50%
4. So 50% = penalty from stack
5. Imagine you bet 50 RACE coins
6. We calculate the penalty in tokens: 50 bet tokens / 100% * 50% = 25 tokens (penalty)
7. Your final stack is 50 tokens - 25 tokens = 25 tokens
