Ok...

finally i talked whit ROBERT on the Live Chat... but he can't solve the problem 'cause "there are no account with my mail registered".

WHAT???
I'm an old member SINCE JANUARY 2015 !!!!! and problably when i registered wasn't necessary an email...

...but... they know my email because last month 26.01.2018 they send me an email to exchange my cryptocoin before 02.02.2018.

On 06.12.2017 they send me a mail to confirm a withdrawal.

I don't know why they answered me that they don't have an account registered with my mail.
But i hope they solve the trouble quickly.

I know you're a old fortunejack player, i even remember(was probably a big win that's why remembered! lol) you posting a win of yours in this thread. i'll request David to look into this matter. Smiley

Hmm. I was able to play on FJ back in 2013 (or 2014, I think), I remember they always asked for an email to register with. Though I am not sure since that is too long ago.

.....
Fortunejack did have email field but it was optional back then.

The reason why most gambling sites want you to use an email is incase you lose access to the account.

Many sites want you to be able to gamble right away and give you instant deposits and no account creation. Basically a private key is generated as a secret URL and it's linked to your account.

Issue with this is if you lose this URL. Either your computer crashes or you lose your phone and then you are out of luck.
