The only way is by contacting support or try Slack.
I think after 2 years it will be difficult to claim a signature bounty.

I've been trying for 2 years. Posted in the Waves threads from day 1, sent personal PMs, created support tickets, went into the slack, etc. Nothing works.
It's bullshit.

Idk about relaxvalex1, but everyone should get whats owed to them.
