I don't think that anyone will give out their secrets because then you could be counted as a competitor 
hahaha this is but TRUE!!! I'm just a starter so I can not give you advice coz I myself even ask for advice from my seniors in our crypto community but all they tell me is join any bounty campaigns you are able to handle you only live once.
