UMM yeah. 
.. its not that they are taking " a long time to respond " .. we would have no issues with that.. if it were true..
HOWEVER.. the TRUTH IS they just TOTALLY IGNORE ALL SUPPORT TICKET INQUIRIES for several MONTHS!!.. and even NOW to this very day have not said ONE WORD in the support ticket..
