Wow Hilarious , I need 3 MODS all total, but i will only hire someone if they will make my site crowded.
So he is even manipulating people, to an admin of a forum, this guy is a shame

So basically he wants you to create a load of threads and posts and he may hire you as mod. And when I say may I reckon there's a zero percent chance he will be hiring anyone for 0.1 a month.
He could think of something else that would encourage people to attend their forum, that mean he did not have to pay large sums for moderators, has people who could do moderator work for only a much lower amount than that and those people would do this job for love the forum. But he chose to manipulate people... something wrong and disgusting
