Who takes responsibility if something goes wrong?

For example customer follows skillers directions,and there's trouble because of it

All Skillers must read and sign terms and conditions

Users too,so they cant sue Vanywhere for anything?

Maybe it will be covered with terms&conditions that Skiller will sign?

That could be the easy and convenient way to solve that.If its possible to sort it out like that of course and protect Vanywhere that way.
