We will send tokens few days after KYC is finished because calculations may differ during KYC procedure.
How should we connect our KYC status with our bitcointalk username? Should we write here once we are verified or you will be doing this by matching our eth addresses?

You have to put the same ETH address in livestars.io panel which you have used in the bounty spreadsheet.
