They are slow, they may have also taken note that I said wait to the network is stable again which it is. I noticed this from day one. Some transactions were 12 hrs.
KaiDev, I'm pretty sure they were sent of a forked chain. The exchange is now listing COL https://btcltc.com/home/index/col_cmc
They also fixed the withdrawal limit.

Why is there a 99 999 999 COL cap on TXs ?
I noticed this early on and left it. Total mined coins is 500 Billion with possible 400 Billion in POS and block rewards slow down. I left it to protect the network,hampers but does not stop someone gaining the majority of coins and at 100 Million, would take 5000 transactions to move the entire coin base.
