only fools will do such things. a normal person will never do such nonsense
Their are people who are addictive are mostly prone to this types of act like borrowing the money form their relatives, friends, colleagues etc and pretending that they are in need and then will gamble with those money. if won cool they can return back the money but if they loose this money it is a huge task for such people to return back the money.
