Nobody got a bounty. Hope remains that they will pay. Although now no longer surprise. Many projects are deceiving with payments.
They will distribute bounty ICX, as stated in their previous announcement, after mainnet launch. I think team focusing on developing ICON projects is way more important, this help increase ICON price, by then, they will also distribute ICX tokens.
