Its a concept of martingale system just instead of doubling losses which needs close to infinite balance, you come up with lower % increase where the win still compensates for all you have put in.
The number of streaks of red dont matter when your win is giving a profit surplus to whatever you have put in.
So ideally a streak of 3 or 30 red would yield you the same result as long as a win keeps on coming.
