can somebody help me with my windows wallet problem?

When opening it I receive the following error:
"A general unexpected critical error has occured: error couldn't connect to server: EOF reached (code 1)
(make sure server is running and you are connecting to the correct RPC port)
See the console output for more detailed error information.
