Nobody actually knows who OP is or if they are actually who they would claim to be (eventually via email).
Based on just that I would highly discourage anyone from dealing with OP without an escrow.

And to be fair on both parties. I would provide a free escrow service if someone wants to deal with this guy. Provided someone covers the transaction fees.
