I'm surprised you don't have negative trust yet from some members for asking for merit.
The "I need merit..." subject line sounds like begging. You shouldn't beg for merit or anything else on this forum. Instead of complaining, reassess what you're doing and devise a way to do it differently so that you can achieve better results. And remember, merit is given by humans, therefore it's not an equation that can be solved. Just
