I invested in pre sale , i hope my 2 eth will be 20 eth after ico 
. At the time of market crash it is not wise to invest in ICO's but sometimes you can't miss some good projects.
I do personally think that Sapien Network have a great potential. However taking into account some conflict with people who promoted the ICO we can expect some negative consequences (at least short team). So may be your 2 eth investment will result in 20 eth income, but you will have to be very patient
