Where can I see in which countries can I use the card and the citizens of which countries it is issued for use?
I don't remember seeing a specific list, but a "global" rollout has been mentioned numerous times. So I'd assume that you can use it anywhere that Visa exists.
in other words, it is a visa card, but I have no information that the visa somewhere allowed a direct exchange on their cards. who imitent this card and which Bank will serve this map to the re-issue and replacement?
MCO is a Visa partner and has its own BIN, which means that they "are the bank" that issues MCO cards. I don't see why re-issuance would be a concern of you though, and not issuance itself? If they can issue their own cards they can obviously reissue them as well.
