I think IOTA still need to provide a simpler illustration of how the Tangle really works, the past set of illustrations are not so satisfying. It looks just like blockchain for now, still yet to see what differentiates it from blockchain from the illustrations and videos, apart from word on paper.
What have you been looking at that makes the Tangle seem like a blockchain? It is a completely different approach to verifying transactions.
