For sure I was not disagreeing with you. I suggested the very same thing to the community way over 1 year ago perhaps 2yrs ago with a cold reception. Back then the regs were slack and the REAL ico's were going well.
Yeah however consider that the SEC can prosecute cases even years after they started even if it's unfair and lately it seems America has no respect for their own constitutions, statute of limitations or international law. It should be that they cannot apply regulation in retrograde but we are seeing them try it. So it's a double edged sword. We are here now and just simply make the best decisions with the resources we have.
