Congrats on your winning, I was unlucky with my last 2 deposits few days back. Withdrawal is processed manually IMO so it will take few hours to be approved unless the admin is online when you made the request. Maybe it will take a little bit longer during weekends as it is a common thing in most casinos with no instant withdrawal.
Such big site do not even have instamt withdrawal? How are they going to attract people on playing in their site? It does not matter if player taking slow withdraw but at least it get confirmed quickly but without an intant withdrawal people do not want to risk their money here. Their money stuck for some period on the site, and they can't even do nothing with it.
