Soon enough your issue should be solved as the C-cex account is a bit more active than most of the exchange's accounts.
I have same problem and got same reply last week, they asked me if I want to remove my account 
but then they told me to go to this link https://c-cex.com/?id=remove2fa but I still can't remove 2FA from my account and support always full

I have the exact same issue since 10/2017, ive tried everything with the support, and as everyone, i only get the question about deleting my account... because 2FA reset link is not working...
How long do i need to be patient before not getting only automatic answers from the support of C-CEX ? Is there human behind the support section ?
