Hello, you should use the following to get the lowest possible fee.
Transfer unimportant 5 followed by the address, amount, etc. (unimportant = lowest priority and 5 = lowest number of mixins possible)

Thank you Serena for detailed response. If I understand correctly: the higher mixin value - the higher fee but also transaction will be more "obfuscated"?
I'm very happy to help and you've definitely got the right idea with the mixin value. The more mixins per transaction, the more possible signatures there are attached to that transaction.
