Hello family, I need to take an informed decision on this issue
With the present challenges with the blockchain technology and its present congestion ,
Is it still safe, wise and as profitable as before to start a fresh bitcoin investment?
I'm thinking that investing in a number of the other several altcoins might be much better

Hey there !
I was having the same debate myself about that .. I noticed on the last dip we had, when BTC dropped majority of altcoins followed... i mean it seems its all attached to the BTC. But as return on your investment vs the money you put it, i would go with altcoins as i can make more with volume on cheaper price under a 1$ than the BTC it self. After hitting it big i would transfer all my altcoins to BTC and wait for the long term result ! Hope it helped !
