I Fixed It!!!
Reinstalled Invidia driver & reboot.
Then - DAG Error 11
Increased virtual memory from 16 to 32
RX580's seem slow, I will have to look into OC Bios
One glitch I've noticed - Win10 - When 2nd bank of GPU's is used - When I try to click on the Window/Start Button nothing happens. I have to right click and choose an option from that menu. Wish I new Linux. But I barely know Windows.
