Yeah this is the kind of thing that is going to need a lot more protections against before crypto is ready for mainstream.  If someone tech savvy enough to have that much ETH can make this mistake, then I can only imagine how many newbs would do the same thing. 

I feel for the guy, that really sucks.  He should have double checked, but man that's a lot of cash to lose.
