I think that usually a guy which play games for a long time, risk to became a gambler addicted. Which method you use for stop plaiyng when you understand that you are near to became addicted?
For example, i don't play a lot or for long time (i play games spot during my free time), so i have no idea about, but i trade forex all day and when i had a significant loss i usually turn off my Pc and i go out for a drink , just for not run behind loss.
As for me since i had experience already that kind of thing. When im on going to be addicted in gambling many comes in my mine but i think an strategy to overcome gambling to me to not become so addicted simply ill turn my fucos to other thing such as in gig or such band that makes me comfortable at the same time so that my fucos on gambling will turn on the other funnier thing than gambling can work.
I do not think that it is a manual process to become addicted to gambling or we can avoid from being addiction. In fact it is a natural process and if you will engage and will continue playing gambling you will surely become addicted to gambling. I have seen so many people who are not playing gambling regularly but still they are addicted because they cannot quit gambling for ever, but they only have strong control over their emotions.
