Anybody here currently running a MN? Is the daily profit inline with estimates from masternodes.online calculations?

You can calculate rewards by yourself.
NYX has 720 blocks to solve during the day. Till block 64800 MN gets 80% of block reward which is 10 (8 coins for MN, 2 coins for miners). so 720 *8= 5760 coins for all MN's by one day.
Divide 5760 by MN numbers and you get reward for your MN by day
