I voted all 101 active delegate with 500LSK and later i reduce 200LSK.
After few days i added 100LSK..
Is this case to any issue in voting ?

I am asking this because i read somewhere it is not fully decentralised(semi decentralised) so they can control is it true ?
I can't answer to this, i don't know in deep the technology behind the wallet, yes is semi decentralized, but about control i don't know, delegate servers are involved in the infrastructure of the coin, i don't know more.
