I have had several people confirm to me that LitecoinFaucet.pl has paid out so have turned the link green. 
I have also received payouts from this faucet myself now so can confirm for sure it is paying. Great site, look forward to seeing how it develops.
Many things are in store providing there will be stable traffic and profit.
Hopefully this thread will send a few more users your way. One suggestion I have is that when you make a request before 30 minutes is up that the red message tells you how long you have left to wait until you can request again, instead of just saying you have to wait.
