Not sure what to think of your project yet but at least you came up with a completely new concept. I hope you'll manage to get it started and I'd be curious to hear about the first results! Is the solar system really sufficient to run mining operations?
The point is Spassk's district of Primorskiy Krai where the original scene to be located is 250+ sunny days a year. It is reasonable amount for solar energy, and appropriate calculations were previously made.

That's quite interesting, but I just have never heard before that people are running mining operations with solar energy. That doesn't mean it doesn't exist only because I haven't heard of it
You mostly see these extremely electrical energy intensive large warehouses and I couldn't imagine that solar energy is strong enough to compete with those.
