Our investors may know that TerraMiner is no longer using Nicehash as our payment service, and last week we began migrating to our own pool that is also designed to be switching between the most profitable Scrypt coins at any given moment, depending on the network parameters and currency rates. The coins mined are then sent to an exchange and swapped for ETH to be distributed between token holders.
Today we are happy to announce that 100% of TerraMiner hashpower was moved to our own pool! We congratulate our investors on this step, and remind them how our new system works: now all payments are sent in ETH to investors’ wallets automatically (through a smart contract). Payouts will be done daily (subject to a minimum threshold of $50 worth). This also allows us to increase security as the company would not store funds and does not allow interactions with the wallet through the website. So even in the event where the website security gets compromised, hackers won't be able to steal investors’ profits.
We also want to point out that all the funds that haven’t been withdrawn will be swapped and paid out in ETH.
